I just noticed something and was wondering if anyone else has run into this:
In media player, the mute/standy key at the top functions as play/pause. However, for some reason when you exit media player (but still have it running in the backround) it retains its functionality as play/pause.
This is frustrating for me as i typically put my bb into standby before slipping it into my pocket. However, when I load and play large .mp3 files (audiobooks for instance) I want to be able to resume where I left off.
Any suggestions for getting around this? for now I've been using the "k" key to lock the keypad, but then its more of a pain to unlock, plus you dont get the same battery savings you do when the phone is in standby.
Anyway, just thought I'd throw this out there to see what others think....
