hi im new and i just bought a blackberry 8320 and i know its has a lot of features but i really need help with the music thing every time i try to put music on it it says either please insert disk into drive e or says please activate mass storage but the thing is that i activated it and it still gives me the same message so can some one please help me thank you and p.s. what do yall recommand me to get on my phone

Mine did the same thing until I slapped in a micro sd card. Don't want to fill up the bb memory with music!

You should use a Micro SD card for music and activate mass storage mode. It should work then.
