I've been getting the following same e-mail everyday since I got my BB from Sprint. Why do I keep getting them? They all look the same & I get them every 5-10 minutes. They are driving me crazy. It says not to delete them. What gives?
This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.
These are BES sync messages. You typically get them when you inadvertently select BES instead of BIS for your account type when you install Desktop Manager. The solution is to uninstall Desktop Manager and install it again, selecting BIS instead of BES.
When installing BBDM select personal email instead of business email. If you select business email and you do not have a BES server at your work then you will get this error message
