When someone sends me a mms i get a text from "333" that says to go to the tmobile website and open my picture. how i can i just open the pictures?

oh no problem..operating system, go to options>about the third line down will say v4.x.xxxxx

yes it is.. you are pretty current os wise, im not sure how t-mo works, but you have mms included in your plan?

yes... its weird because my sister has the same phone but she is allowed to open her pictures

This will sound odd but bear with me. Try a battery pull - device on, yank the battery and replace in 30 seconds - see if that resolves it. (here is the odd part) If it does not resolve it send yourself 2 mms and the issue should resolve. Do it twice send any pic to yourself. Update us on how it works, should take about 5 minutes.......

try registering your host routing table, go to options>security>host routing table>menu and hit register now. after you do that exit out of options, and do a battery pull. with the phone on, pull the battery out and replace it in 20 seconds. if that doesnt get the show goin, you might need to update your os.
