I keep getting this error. I need help:
" unable to complete the loading operation" unable to reconnect to the device during a multi stage load operation.."

I've made sure i installed the OS and DM ! i made sure my BB wasnt plugged in when i did this.
I tried it several times, with and without the memory card.
I've also tried wiping out my bb with Jl Cmder and it wouldnt connect.

What am i doing wrong? What should i do next ?

I have the same problem with a 8310. I have tried installing the OS every which way but have the same problem ie via DM, loader.exe as well as loader.exe /nojvm from dos. Can't figure it out.
