I just deleted these apps from my Curve because I'm just not using them like I used to. Anyways, the icons are still there...will they remain there? I can't remember if they were there when I first got my phone or not. Otherwise I just have to stick them in a folder right?

You have to hide them. As far as I know there is no way to remove them.

Thank you! I couldn't remember. All I do is stick stuff like that in a folder under "crap" and then I never have to look at it

Correct, hiding them is the best you can do, the icons are pushed to your device by your carrier. If you resend service books or do a hard reset, they will appear again. As long as the application is not installed, the icon is doing nothing...
