Just recently got my new blackberry curve 8330, from using my blackberry pearl everything works fine, cept msn, it freezes on me gives me internal error messages and runs super slow i can barely send a message to my online friends, I had no problems with the Pearl is there a way to fix this or anything and yes I am updated to 4.5 OS

Try re-installing it, after a battery pull. And go to mobile.blackberry.com to download it straight from your BB.
