Is their any kind of program (Preferabely free) that will allow me to somehow be able to capture a certain part of a song, instead of the full song so I can take that certain part and make it a .mp3 file and use it for a ring tone?

Some of the songs I have, the beginning of them are to soft and I am not able to hear it when a certain person calls. So I would rather be able to take maybe like the middle of a song and use it so when they call, that particular part of the song is the beginning of the ring on my BB.

i'm not currently a BB user (i will be purchasing the storm so i have joined crackberry in anticipation of that) but i use Audacity for sound editing audacity.sourceforge.net it's free and you can easily edit and export mp3s. i'm pretty sure phonezoo.com with let you upload and edit mp3s but they limit the length of the ringtone. hope this helps
