If you have an SD card in your phone, hook it up and enable mass storeage, then drag and drop

I only have the card that came with the phone, I have not purchased another one for it.

The you should hold off on putting music on your phone. That will
eat up your memory in a hurry and that will lead to some very
bad things happening on your phone. Logs, SMS, Email etc ... self
deleting, lag and so on.

Memory cards are quite inexpensive now, and are a good accessory
to have.

The file I wanted to add is a video, but it will probably take up more space than music. I guess it's time for a SD card.

Oh yeah! If it is video you are definitely going to want to get one.
