All of the sudden tonight I am not able to send or even recieve MMS like pics and videos...all i did was plug the phone into the computer to check for updates at a friends house...nothing else..any ideas?

I would say do a battery pull and see if that helps

Its still not letting me send. its saying Failed to send message.... wtf
it let me download the pic that i was sent but thats it...
