I used to be able to receive picture mail or MMS. Recently I just get a error...

"Could not retrieve message content. Try again later"

I try again and again later to retrieve but no luck :mad:

Any ideas??

If you have upgraded to OS4.5 and installed the docs2go update that includes excel, you must deny all permissions to docs2go then reboot. Try and get your mms again. After retreived you can allow permissions to docs2go again.

Its a known bug with alltel curves after the 4.5 update they released. This workaround works, or you can uninstall docs2go completely. Both routes will let your curve download mms.

Correction, if you have the first version of docs2go that doesn't include excel mms should work fine. The update that includes excel seems to mess with mms. Weird.
