I have read many threads regarding this problem but unable to solve.
Not hidden and have tried other themes but sms text folder is missing.
Texts do appear in message folder with email.

Have u disabled the setting for sms/mms and messages folders to be theme controlled? That's the only thing I can think of short of a factory reset, or flashing the BB.

Do you have the SMS set to be separate from the email messages?

"Theme Controlled" lists both email and sms in Message folder but no seperate sms folder.
"Separate" lists emails only in Message folder but still no sms folder.
