I just got a curve about 2 weeks ago, and my browser mysteriously stopped working. i tried everything to get it working, so finally i did a master reset. Now, my browser icon is missing completely! i have no idea what to do. Please Help. I had a Internet explorer before it disappeared.

OK, scroll over any icon, hit menu>show all. See if it was hidden...

Try resending your service books too. Go to the e-mail settings icon, log in and find service books, then resend them. I am actually surprised you do not have the browser icon after registering the device. That usually takes care of it...

umm.. my boyfriend did it, he went to a couple of options, and typed in 'blackberry' and it wiped my memory out.

Google: MTS mobility BIS. You can resend service books, and manage your e-mail accounts via PC...

Also you may want to think about just re-loading your OS.

That is the answer i was looking for. You need to reload the OS on your device. There is plenty of threads on this. Use the search tool and lookup the OS for you device...
