So I recently received this after a strange error message. I've seen the many posts saying I need to wie and reload but does anyone have instructions for the reloading process? Also how long does it take???

What was the error message? A missed call is no reason to wipe and reload. What else happened?

i don't know, i just clicked ok, before really reading it....was in a hurry i guess, but now the missed call icon won't go away. i've battery pulled and resent service books to no avail.

I have the same problem, a missed call icon that won't go away. I didn't get an error message, just a new Curve and when I transferred all my info to the new one, it showed a missed call. The icon won't go away, it's been a week.

Is there a fix for this? I've had it for a few days and it's annoying to look at.
