Just got a warranty relacement from ATT for my 8300. It's an 8310. I have a 2GB memory card in my 8300 and a sim card of course. My question is how do I get the 8310 to look and work exactly like my 8300? Themes, applications, etc.? Thanks.

Use the switch device tool on the BB Desktop manager software that came with the phone. It should transfer everything and make it appear the same.

Thanks for the reply. By the way, how do I then go back to the old device and wipe out all my personal stuff?

Go into options>security options>general settings hit menu key and wipe handheld
