Hey guys sort of a basic question, but i need help syncing Microsoft outlook with my 8300. Whats happening is that when i input infomation on my berry and then sync it to my computer the computer (outlook) doesn't sync the infomation. For example, i put on aug 20th Blah blah going from 9 - 5 pm on my berry, and then when i sync it; it doesnt show up on the computer that i made an appointment ? But when i put that same information from the computer, then it goes to the blackberry and obviously shows up on outlook. Now i checked the settings, and made sure that they both synchronize and the computer isn't checked as the source to overwrite.
In Desktop Manager, sync, in settings / advanced settings, there is an option, "Outlook wins", or something like that. Make sure it's set correctly. Also, in the sync option in Desktop Manager, make sure it set to sync in both directions...
