So i am in a weird reception area. I go in and out of 1x and 1xev and normal reception all the time.. I was told that (by verizon tech support) messenger only works in at least 1X reception area. My problem is that when i am in normal reception or low reception my messenger quits ok but when i get back in 1X or 1xev i have to do a battery pull to get the messenger back up and going hope this makes since just curious trying to get someone elses thoughts

That is odd having to do a battery pull. I am on Sprint but have never experienced this at all.
