I lost my address book the other day (I have no clue what happened to it) and did a restore, which worked beautifully. However, my email settings went back to the default settings and I can't remember what they should be. In the past when I would delete an email from my BB it would ask if I wanted to delete only from my handheld and I would hit H to delete just from my BB, and not the email server. Now it's deleting from both. How do I change that?

Also, what should my reconciliation settings be and what is the difference between on and off?
