    My boss has an 8330 and the message box will not delete any of the items in it. I must have deleted a message about 10 times and it still shows up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Try a battery pull, and also check all inboxes and make sure there is nothing unread.


    Also go to the top of the screen to today's date, hit menu then select mark prior opened.

    Also, check to see that it's not a "Saved Message".
