    I have already determined that this problem does NOT have anything to do with the lack of memory.

    I am NOT using BES.

    I am using Outlook 2003, with a sbcglobal.net email address. I have tried choosing the emails to be saved on the server from the Outlook options. This did NOT fix the problem.

    Anytime an email is read, either on Outlook or BB, they disappear from the BB. They are still in my inbox in Outlook.

    I would like my Outlook Inbox to match my BB Inbox.

    Can anyone help, PLEASE?

    Have you tried sending the Service Books? If not: Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > menu key > Register Now.
    You will recieve a email conformation that the device has been registered.
    Then, pull the battery with the device on, after 30 seconds replace it, then give it a try after the device boots up.

    This sounds like it's a BIS problem. If re-sending your Service Books does not correct the problem, I reccomend that you call you carrier as soon as possible. They should be able to correct this.
