hi ive just gone to enter my unlock code and i have 0 gos left so it wont accept it.is there a way around this,or can i re-set it somehow to factory settings so its back to 7 left

I'm pretty sure once it gets down to zero, it's permanently locked to the carrier.

Do not waste your time. Your carrier will not be able to help you with this.
Once it gets to zero, you are done. The phone will never be able to be unlocked.

It is not permanently locked to the carrier, but it requires cable unlocking. You will need to take it to a shop that is capable of doing cable unlocking, or contact one of the unlockers in the unlocking forum that does cable unlocking. If you choose an unlocker in the forums that does cable unlocking, you will have to send the device to them.

You cannot use codes to unlock it. The shop needs physical possession of the device to unlock it with a cable.

ITS NOT LOCKED TO THE CARRIER IT JUST NEEDS TO BE UNLOCKED VIA SOFTWARE if any one else needs there blackberry unlocked ill unlock it for free just message me

^^ your doing free unlock codes, or free send-in unlocks? If your doing the free codes, then that is very generous. Guys,

Just bought a Blackberry Bold 9700 At&T locked from a guy from craigslist and I thought it would be very easy to unlock it by buying ebay code.
But when I tried it said Enter Unlock code (0 left).

I don't know what to do . Guys I am going back to India from US in 3 weeks and don't know what to do. Please help

If cable unlock is required then how do I do? Can someone help please?

Your Blackberry is "hard-locked" and can't be unlocked using a remote unlocking service... only with cable solution such as DM3... try to find a mobile phone shop near by, maybe then have the cable solution for you..

You can also sell it to someone that uses the carrier it's branded to.
