Hi,

Blackberry noob here. I was trying to move icons around in the menu of my Curve and some of them flat out disappeared! Where did they go and how can I get them back? Any help is appreciated.

From the home screen, hit Menu, Show All. Then you can highlight the icon, hit Menu, then un-check Hide.

I tried that and it didn't work. I lost the multimedia icon (film reel). I see other icons that I intentionally hid but not the film reel.

Did you have another folder that you created on the home screen that you may have accidentally moved it to?

No I just checked. No folders in the menu

I once accidentally put that same icon inside the instant messaging icon. It's actually a folder for all the instant messaging apps; atleast it's that way on a T-Mobile curve. Then again, I don't know if an 8820 has the same icon.
