memory card issues

hey i got a refurbed 8310 because i broke my last phone and cant afford the newish blackberry's and basically my device shows the memory card and shows how much memory is on it etc yet if i try to transfer files to it through BB desktop or as mass storage mode it wont even register it, ive tried formatting it which worked fine but still wouldnt even pick it up and it wont even read the card when i try to remove it in the media card option so any help would be great, it's only a 2GB card

if you need any info on o.s version etc just let me know and i'll be more then happy to give it to you, thank you very much in advance for reading and helping

not to sound like a duche but 22 views and not one bit of help? sorry if i sound horrible but i really need to use this media card
