I'm attempting to sync my iTunes playlists to my Curve. My problem is that Media Sync and BB Media Manager (Roxio) both fail to recognize that my 8330 Curve is connected. I've messed with this for a few days now, to no avail. The things I've tried appear below:

Updated Desktop Manager AND Media Sync.
Uninstalled/Reinstalled both DM and MS.
Updated BB OS to newest official OS version from my carrier.
I've wiped my device and tried it (although I did NOT wipe my 3rd party apps).

I'm running a Vista Home Premium machine. I've tried running DM, MS, and MM in administrator mode AND in the compatibility mode (XP SP2). None of these worked.

Any ideas are welcomed. I really don't want to drag 'n drop all my music/pics!

I am having the same problem. Desktop Manager won't even recognize my BB in Administrator Mode. Now I can't sync either. Anyone have any ideas?
