I recently updated my Desktop Manager to version 4.5 and now I don't seem to be able to access the media section at all. Am I missing something? The layout is quite different from the 4.2 version I was using, so I'm just wondering if it's hidden somewhere. The only choices I'm given are:
Application Manager
Back up and Restore
Device Switch Wizard
Synchronize

Any suggestions?

There are 2 versions of DM. One with Media Manager and one
without. You need to go back to the download site and d/load
and install the one with it.

Just out of curiosity, why do you want that particular part of
DM. Using the drag and drop method is by far the easier way to
move things to your memory card.

Personally, I like the media manager better for moving pictures from my phone to my pc and ringtones from pc to phone. Maybe they do too?

Which is precisely why I prefaced my question with "Just out of curiosity"

I wasn't suggesting the OP NOT use it.
I was offering an alternative.
