Plug your blackberry into a USB port on your computer. Run Desktop Manager. Do you have Media Manager as an option on Desktop Manager? If so, and you click Media Manager, you'll launch a Roxio program. It may give you an error message, because it's expecting a Media Card. Just click ok or cancel, whatever option you have to make the error message go away, and Roxio should continue and show you your device folders. At least, that what it does on mine. If you didn't install Media Manager with Desktop Manager, you won't have this option.
