If you are trying to get some songs on your BB and you have a media card, just use Mass Storage Mode.
Options > Media Card. Enable Mass Storage Mode Support = On, change to Prompt when connected.
Connect your BB to your computer and answer Yes to the pop-up prompt to enable Mass Storage Mode. Now open a file explorer window on you computer and look for your BB, it will appear as a removable drive.
Copy/move your songs/pics, etc to the appropriate folder on your media card.
