Media Manager

I'm not very familiar with Desktop Media Manager...and would like to know how do I get my movies from my laptop into the Roxio Media Manager? Need steps...thanks so much!

You dont need to use roxio. That program is buggy in its own. If you have a media card installed just enable mass storage and drag n drop. On your device go to options/media card and enable mass storage there. Also select to have it automatically enable mass storage when connected. Now plug into your pc and g to my pc. You should see another drive that says blackberry. Open that then the blackberry folder which will show you folders for your media. Drag n drop to the proper folder and your good to go.

I so very hoping that you can help me...it seemed as though everything went well until I attempted to view the movie on my Blackberry...I get an error that reads: "An error has occurred attempting to play media".

What can I do to fix this problem?

Does this happen for all the movies or just one in particular? Anything else on the media card at all?
