I recently received a replacement bb8330. I removed the micro sd from the old one and put it in the new one. The new bb immediately said to format the card. After removing everything from the card, I tried to format using my phone. Still didn't work. I formatted the card on my computer, put it in the phone + it still doesn't work. I've tried everything I could find on here. Removed the battery, checked for a wireless update, inserted several friends' cards... The phone acknowledges that a card is installed, but will not read them.
Any other suggestions?
