Lets take for example when I log on to crackberrry.com to reply to one of my messages...I have to scroll down what seems like FOREVER to even get to where the thread is. Is this common? Or am I AGAIN doing something wrong?

Try wap.crackberry.com (don't forget to remove the 'www')

Checking those boxes in browser configuration (under browser options) improves the layout as well. If you want to see certain sites as they are, try opera mini

Which boxes specifically?

I found that if I have all the boxes checked, it takes even l-o-n-g-e-r for the pages to load and to navigate thru the 'net

Some sites will be janky. One of my favorite message boards (tdpri.com) is almost unusable on both the BB browser or Opera Mini.
