I just got my media card today, installed it with no problems. It recognized the 8gb right away but I formatted to be safe since i had read that in a post somewhere recently. I could not move the wallpaper or ringtone I had downloaded but still had the email so I downloaded them again and deleted the originals. Does having mass storage mode turned on mean that future downloads will automatically go to the media card and not device memory? Or is this only useful for transferring items from a PC where you can select it as a drive?

New downloads (media, not apps) should go directly to the media card once formatted. You should be all set.

To move form device mem or sd card: go to media - bb key - explore then follow to the folder and use the bb key to move.

No to ur question... Msm let's you view the card on the pc... Use this whewn u need to work with ur card. I leave mine to prompt
