The scroll ball in my blackberry curve is not working, I press it and nothing happens when I scroll up it dosent move, it only scrools down, any one have any problems with thier scroll ball and know how to fix it?

My phone is less than a year old

maybe you need to clean it

Do a search for removing and cleaning the trackball. See if that helps first,

I tried a battery pull lots of times and it still dosent work.

I blew some air to it and that didnt help

where can I find how to take the phone apart to clean it
