    downloaded a ring tone from here. now i cant get any of my ringtones to work. can anyone help me get them back 3rd day with phone.

    sw .175 causes that on sprint curves. activating vad or changing the profile to normal will provide a temp fix.

    I have verizon with .175 - I changed to a normal profile and still no ringtones. I don't know what vad is - so I can't try that. Any help would be appreciated.

    Known issue with Verizon and .175
    You will probably have to downgrade to another OS if you want ringtones and sounds to work.

    If you search the forums, there is a thread for a FIX, I believe.

    A daily battery pull or restart will help a lot. Get QuickPull Free or Pro.

    Happened to me once, and it's nothing a battery pull won't fix. Quickpull Free is definitely a must have.
