ok i had the phone (8300 on tmo) working fine untill now.. out of nowhere i just lost my settings icon and my applications icon...what should i do?....thanks

From the main screen, press menu / show all. Does the said icons re-appear?

no it just shows the compose and saved messages icons in a grey color

sorry new bb user...i only remember being able to acess the themes options from the options icon..but thats the one thats gone

That's really odd. Have you tried a battery pull?

If that fails, go to phone / menu / options / turn off dial from home screen. Now, from the main screen, press O (o, not zero) that will take you into options. Now select themes...

i tried that but when i hold O it asks me if i want to assign a speed dial to he "O" key

I have a curve 8310 and am also missing my settings icon and maybe some others. I got to the part of "pressing" the o, but it doesn't take me to the options. Help!!!

Okay! The first time I turned the Dial From Home setting off, it didn't save the change. I changed the theme back to AT&T and got my icons back! THANKS!
