Lost brpwser and pic messages

I bought a blackberry curve 8330m that belonged to sprint but was flashed to metro pcs. I lost the internet browser application and the pic text messaging. Is there any way for me to get it back with out paying.

Try sending service books and/or registering host routing table for the browser in particular.

Edit: More I look at your post, the more I think you may be eluding to using the phone without a plan. If that's the case, the above advice will not work.
