Hi Everyone. i would like to know how to access old power point shows that were sent on email. I saved the email but now the attachment will not open. Is there a way i can permanently save pps from emails?

    Thanks, James

First you have to make sure that you're running OS 4.5 or higher on your device, and that you have Documents To Go installed. It's also a good idea to have a Micro SD card installed in the device as well. From the e-mail, you can select "Download Attachment" and it will then prompt you to select a folder on your Micro SD card to save the file. Once you have selected this, you will then download the full attachment onto the media card, and you may access it whenever you choose from there.

I'm not quite sure how you are going to be able to get the PowerPoint documents re-downloaded, you may have to re-send the e-mails to yourself.

Thanks. I tried but it said the file exceeded the 2.9MB download size.

Yep. That's the limit. You would need to send it to the device in some other way, such as Bluetooth or USB.
