i'm a newbie so I need lots of help. In trying to sync my contacts from outloook to my blackberry i first had to convert the contacts to outlook rxpress. many of the express contacts only have a mobile phone no. however there is no column in express for mobile numbers so all of the express contacts are not syncing to the blackberry.
I have been all over the MS website trying to get an answer but can't find one. This has to be the reason the contacts are not syncing as I have loaded and unloaded the device manager three times now with the latest download from the web.( and you all know how long this takes!)
I hope someone can help or come up with a reason all the contacts won't sync.
