I have this little grey box on my screen and dont know what it is can some help?

Little grey boxes are usually Voicemails.

yep, looks like a little cassette tape. Although my daughter found one the other day and didn't know what it was. Check your voicemail and Welcome to CB!

how do i get rid of it i have no voicemail saved at this time

Have someone call and let it go to VM. Then check your voicemail, delete the one that was left. That always works for me.

calling and leaving a message did not work either, i dont get it any other suggestions?

Call your VM, listen to the entire options again, then hang up. Sometimes that works for me too.

Call your provider, sometime they have to reset the setting for you.

Try this
Messages, options, general options, turn your new message indicator off, battery pulls, go back in and turn it back on.

if that dont work, call your provider and have them reset your VM.

Its not uncommon, happens to the best of us
