Keys messed up

So my phone broke the other day which sucked. So i called US cells black berry tech support and they said they would send me a new one. Well now I got the new one yesterday and it worked fine. I was happy. Today after work I got it and the phone was doing something weird so I pulled the battery. Now everything I start to type something and I use an 'r' or 'f' it automatically inserts 'rf' and then the cursor stops and the end of the 'f' and the only thing I can do is scroll up and down to make it lower case and upper case. I have no idea what to do. I just want a phone that works.

Send it back. They sent you defective equipment, and you need a replacement.

Mine did this the other day. When I would hit the "t" it would type "yi". I pulled the battery and it seemed to fix itself.
