My phone took a hard fall today and it was fine but when I go to use it again i noticed 4keys arent working. then while playing music i find out the volume down button doesnt work either.
Yikes. Doesn't sound great but just for grins, try a good old fashioned battery pull to reboot the phone. Sounds like potential hardware damage really but I'm pulling for you. Just don't know what else to offer other than to cross fingers.
