so last night my keyboard just randomly went out and I can't do anything on it..any suggestions?

Assuming you already tried a battery pull, sounds like a replacement is the way to go.

yeah I did a battery pull which made it even worse because I thought the phone died but the screen just dimmed and when I hitting the keyboard nothing happened. So I turned the phone on and lucky me I have a password to get in which I cant even put in.
