My cousin works for verison and she got ahold of my phone and now ever time i put my phone in the holster or lock the keyboard it displays a volgar message and she will not change it. Where do i go to either cut this function off or change it?

Try Menu/Options/Owner. It's supposed to be your name but if you wanted you could write anything you want. The bad part is if your sending emails this vulgar phrase could end up as a signature at the bottom of the email!
