My keyboard has stopped working. The menu button now types random letters when pressed. The track ball and call key still work normally, but nothing else. Any suggestions?

Sounds like moisture damage.

Thats what I was thinking too, but it was working just fine, and then all of a sudden stopped. And it wasn't wet or anything

Has the device been exposed to ANY moisture at all? Even a little tiny bit?

Wet hands, wet hair, sweaty pocket, heavy dew, steamy bathroom, other high humidity environment?

Dumb question, but have you tried a battery pull? If not, take off the back cover, and pull out the battery while the device is on. Keep the battery out for 1 minute, and then put it back in and let you Blackberry start back up.
