I have a sprint curve, the keyboard has frozen and will not respond. The trackball works until it goes into lock mode after about 10 secs. No keys are responsive, pulling out the battery for a hard reset does not work. The screen seems to go frozen when the "spring speed" graphic comes up at the restart of the phone. Does anyone know what to do? I bought a blackberry last week so i didnt have issues, because my treo sucked. Now this? Beyond frustrated. Please point me in the right direction, I am going to the sprint store in the morning to get a replacement if I can.
