I'm getting quite frustrated! I got this error code 3 days ago and can find no help save this website. Is there anyone who can lead me in the right direction to restore my phone? I tried to open an email, the phone reset itself and came up JVM Error 102. I tried to reset and got the same message, I tried to remove the battery and got the same message. I can't even turn the phone off!! HELP!! PLEASE!!

I googled JVM error 102 and it seems the only solution is to reload your OS. Have you ever done that before?

Just happened to me on Monday

It would appear it's caused by a corrupt file which prevents your device from booting up. Uninstall/reinstall of the os and mines running fine once again.

Wipe the phone and install the os using loader.exe, search for recovering a bricked/nuked berry for more detailed instructions
