Send service books as advised above. Either by going to you email settings icon, or logging in to your BIS site:

Options, Status.

Or Alt, shift + H from homescreen.

What phone do you have? Are you using a curve 8900? Your PIN will be under options>status. The link I gave you is VZW's BIS site so if you are not with VZW it will do you no good

I guess it's kinda hard for the ISP to send out an email saying the email server is down! LOL. Glad it's working again.
