hi, i just got the 8330 w/sprint. sometimes i go to the browser and it works fine. other times i go and it says create new account or log in with user name and password and the lock icon is locked. when it works fine the lock is open. there seems to be no reason why it would switch. why can i browse sometimes and not others?

I was having this problem then I just had to set up my email and it worked fine everytime. I hope this helps.
