    I thought I had been really good about managing memory....I have deleted all apps I don't use, hardly ever save emails or call logs. I delete my caches almost daily. I've gone through all the memory tips and tricks....everything unneeded is gone. I've used crackmem for that. I'm still really struggling to keep my Curve over 12MB, most of the time it sits at 10 or 11MB after a batt pull. Does Facebook eat a lot of memory? Other than that I have 2 third party games, Opera Mini, AIM, and the Google app....help would be appreciated!

    FB is prob the issue...Try removing that, there is a post on removing it completely.

    I got my BB 8330 last week, deleted the items I didn't need, installed google maps, myspace, facebook, yahoo im, and sprint tv and I'm around 35mb. I don't think FB is the problem.

    Edit: Of course I close any programs that I am not using which seems to help.

    8330 has more memory than the 8310.

    Upgrade to 4.5 have like 5 themes and 6 games n my file free is 30mb

    CDMAs have more out of box memory to begin with that GSM so thats why some are naturally going to have big numbers anyways..

    CDMA - 96 mb
    GSM -64 mb

    I have upgraded to 4.5. Doesn't help the 8310 much. Facebook was definitly the culprit.
