ok first of let me say iam a little embarresed about this but lets move on, i entered a pw last night and forgot it in the morning. and when i failed to enter it three times correct in a row. it started to whipe out everything like its suppsed to. well i got scared and ripped out the battery and now when i put it theres a white screen and it sayd ( jum error 513 ) and it says reset but when i hit reset it just goes right back to this error any help on what i can do would be great

First of all, you should have the password count higher then 3

Its an easy fix, you need to download a copy of the OS

and sorry one more q does it matter what desktop manager i have i got the one that came with the phone or should i download a better one

It shouldnt matter what DM you have, it should work, make sure you download the correct OS for your device too, there is one for the 8310 in the sticky above,

Its ok, it happens, its fixable you will be up and running in no time.,

When did you last do a back up? cuz you can restore from that once the device is running, if not.. you start all over
