    try this and see if this helps. I found some info in this.

    Go into options>security options> general setting. Disable content protection.

    did a hard reset when the phone rebooted that message came up. this is like the second curve 8330 i have had this problem with

    Most likely something on the device that the content protection did not like. Keep an eye on it. You should be okay now. Contecnt protect interferes big time with BB messanger as well.
